I live in South Florida and I was recently going out of town to visit some friends and family. Before I left, I had to have one of those dishes that reminds me why I love South Florida dining more than any other. I decided to stop by one of my favorite South Florida restaurants to try a new popular style taco. The taco that my stomach was set on was the mexican taco. The Pyrogrill Mexican taco was unlike any I’ve ever seen in authenticity. It is so fortunate that South Florida provides its customers with a different array of cultures and variety. Any eater will leave with an experience that just can’t be matched. If you’re ever lucky enough to dine in South Florida, you will be in for a definite treat!
It all began with the protein station. There are so many different options for each and every diet, from low fat to vegetarian. Thankfully for vegetarians (and meat eaters for that matter) there are so many alternatives that you can turn to for nutrition. That’s how taco franchise are in the lead. These ingredients are really in a league of their own, and you would be hard-pressed to find anything that matches the caliber of quality that these tacos are enriched with!
Regardless of your eating choices, you’ll need to get some sort of protein. Luckily protein comes in all sorts of different foods, including beans! South Florida’s beans are really some of the greatest, you’ve got to try them. The black beans that I dined on were extravagant and like none I’ve ever tasted before. And as if it couldn’t get any better, I was introduced to a rare black bean hummus! The soft texture did everything to up the taste value on the incredible mexican taco.
If you are not a vegetarian, and do in fact eat meat, there are many more options open to you. There are black beans mixed with bacon, which have come only with high praises from all of the locals who dine in these South Florida restaurants. There is also chicken, pork, chicken breast, and steak available for you to choose from. Another plus for South Florida is that their steak is organic!
Then, your three warm, soft shell tortillas will move on to the next section, which includes veggies and sauces among a variety of other delicious ingredients. I know I brag about South Florida’s variety, but this is where it really starts to get out of hand! So many infallible ingredients, I am so excited to live in a city where this is possible! So you’ll want to definitely add sour cream. Sour cream gives the mexican taco a special texture and taste, and if you’re a fan of sour cream then you will be very happy with South Florida’s delicious take on the ingredient!
Right after the sour cream, you should take your choice of cheeses. There are so many choices, and for me it was hard to decide. I ended up going with the cheddar, and this is what was actually recommended on the mexican taco. I was completely astonished with why I had stood so long trying to decide what kind of cheese I wanted! Of course it was cheddar; the sharpness was so great in the midst of the mexican taco.
Then you’ll want to go with the crisp, fresh lettuce that South Florida has to offer. It is always such a disappointment spoiled lettuce spoils your meal, and I was more than happy to find out that I wasn’t going to feel this disappointment. What a simple, complimentary ingredient! Who could ever imagine a taco tasting this good?
You then arrive at arguably one of the most important parts of the taco making process, the sauces. I mean, there are so many different sauces, the light-hearted could get overwhelmed! Luckily, the establish already recommended the hot or mild salsa to top off the mexican taco. And I couldn’t think of a better way! It’s so great that they have different spice choices, because it really depends on how I feel when deciding how spicy I want my tacos!
Fortunately, South Florida restaurants produce amazing dishes that make me really regret even going on vacation. Why should I leave this amazing town and these amazing vegetarian burritos ingredients? I kid you not, the mexican taco is officially on the map!
